John P. Clancy
John Clancy is Special Counsel for Donelson Ciancio & Goodwin, P.C., in the Transactional Group. Mr. Clancy concentrates in the areas of: Mergers and Acquisitions; Corporate Governance; Securities; Corporate Finance;, and Commercial Real Estate.John has represented public and private companies in all areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in the full range of mergers and acquisitions from the merger of large public companies to small company asset acquisitions. Mr. Clancy is known for his business insight in structuring deals to meet client objectives.
John was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1999. He received his B. A. in Economics from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, his M. A. in Psychology from Naropa University, and his J. D. and M. B. A. from the University of Denver. John was awarded a position on Law Review following his first year of legal studies and was the Editor-in-Chief of an international law journal published through the University Of Denver School Of Law.
