
After graduating and receiving his J. D. from the University of Denver College of Law, Mr. Kreischer attended Vermont Law School, consistently ranked as one of the top environmental law programs in the nation, where he graduated magna cum laude and received a Masters of Laws in Environmental Law (LL. M.) He completed his thesis, which was entitled: “The Effect of Citizen Participation on the Listing of Species under the Endangered Species Act: An Empirical Regulatory Analysis.”
Kyle is licensed to practice before all Colorado State courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
