John M. Vaughan
John Vaughan is a shareholder with Donelson Ciancio & Goodwin, P.C., and a member of the Transactional Group. His practice focuses primarily on representation of businesses and other entities in real estate and corporate governance transactional matters. John's work also consists of providing legal advice to these entities on corporate governance, securities and finance issues including taxation and mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, John worked as in-house counsel to public and private corporations, advising on securities compliance matters.
Mr. Vaughan received his B. A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate (J. D.) from Syracuse University in 1998. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1999. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar. He concentrates his practice in the areas of: Corporate Governance & Compliance; Real Estate; Securities & Corporate Finance; Business Law; Intellectual Property Law.
