Greg has represented domestic and international clients in transactions valued up to $3.1 billion.  He has over five years of general practice experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions and real estate matters.  Greg has represented public and private clients across the healthcare, energy, biotech, information technology, mining, real estate, manufacturing, financial services, commercial transportation and banking industries.  He is fluent in German and proficient in Spanish, and has three years additional experience in IT management and business strategy consulting.
