About Kyle

Kyle C. Kreischer is a founding shareholder with Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C., and heads the Business Services and the Civil Litigation Teams.

Kyle concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Commercial Banking Law, Real Estate, and General Business Litigation. Additionally, he has significant experience in environmental law, science, commercial real estate transactions, civil appellate work, and administrative matters.

After graduating and receiving his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Kyle attended Vermont Law School, consistently ranked as one of the top environmental law programs in the nation, where he graduated magna cum laude and received a Master of Laws in Environmental Law (LL.M.).

Kyle is licensed to practice before all Colorado State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Washington State Courts, the United States Tax Court as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
