About Denise
Denise Cook is an Attorney at Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C. and is a member of the distinguished Family Law Team. Denise has represented clients with Family Law issues throughout Colorado since 1996. During that time she has been recognized by peers and was selected as a Colorado Rising Star. She is one of the few attorneys to garner the distinction of Rising Stars having earned the respect of peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in Colorado.
Denise Cook chose to pursue a career in law after completing undergraduate studies at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. She attended Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating with honors, and was admitted to legal practice in 1996.
While divorce and family law matters can be some of the most difficult times in a person’s life. Denise is here to help with the expertise and compassion to help clients through the process. She has specialized in all areas of family law, including but not limited to divorce, custody/allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, division of property, grandparent visitation, paternity, and civil protection orders.
The legal process can be overwhelming, and it is the philosophy of Denise to help client’s reach a successful conclusion that will allow them to move on with their lives. Denise lives in the belief that clients need an attorney they can trust and who will help in every aspect whether it is through settlement or litigation. She understands that every case is different, and every family is unique. Denise provides personal attention to each client and case, giving each client a high level of family law expertise in order to achieve the best long-term outcome for a client. Denise understands this process can be overwhelming and works to ensure that her clients are informed and feel confident in their representation during this change in their life. Denise is known for her reasonable and realistic approach to cases in settling cases but is also a tenacious litigator should a case go before a judge.
