Evan J. Branigan

Evan J. Branigan is an attorney at Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C. His practice specializes in high asset divorces, complex child custody disputes, and digital asset (crypto and NFT) issues.

Evan has extensive litigation experience having practiced family law in Colorado since 2012. He also knows how to negotiate workable and efficient results in mediation for his clients outside of the courtroom.

He is a past co-chair of the Boulder County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and has written and presented on topics from legal typography to Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs). Evan graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and clerked for Magistrate, now County Court Judge, Elizabeth Brodsky in Boulder.

In addition to his family law practice, Evan handles digital asset and cryptocurrency/blockchain issues as a consulting attorney, and as a testifying expert witness in dissolution of marriage and civil cases throughout the United States.

Outside of the office Evan loves to play tennis, travel, mountain bike, and hike the Front Range with his family
