In continued service to his community, Judge Ed Moss leaves retirement to join Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C. as a mediator, arbiter, and private judge for civil, business, and family law clientele.

Denver, CO (December 1, 2020) www.colo-law.com (CCB) is pleased to announce Judge Edward Moss has joined the firm to offer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services including special master, mediation, arbitration, and private judge sessions. “There is a need for ADR services due to the court system’s increased workload and the difficulty in scheduling hearings due to Covid. Plus, ADR gives parties the ability to better shape their own outcome. ADR helps everyone in the system,” Judge Moss explained. “My goal is to conduct mediations, arbitrations, and private judge sessions for family, business, and civil clients,” Moss continued.

“We are extremely privileged having Judge Moss offer ADR services within each of our firm’s practice areas from Family Law to Civil and Business Law,” expressed CCB Managing Shareholder, Loren M. Brown. “As CCB continues to grow, the addition of special master, arbitration, and mediation services will help our clients and others resolve disputes without having to go to court.”

Judge Moss is a longtime supporter of Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, which helps children embroiled in the court system, and the Denver American Arbitration Association where he currently sits on their panel. Edward Moss is also a longtime member of Rotary Club, personifying the mission to give service above one’s self locally, nationally, and internationally.
