DENVER, COLORADO – May 18, 2026 — Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C. (CCB) is proud to announce that Governor Jared Polis has appointed esteemed Partner Leslee K. Balten to the Eagle County Court in Colorado’s 5th Judicial District. This appointment fills a new judicial seat created under Senate Bill 25-024, with Ms. Balten’s term officially commencing on July 1, 2026.
With deep roots in Colorado’s mountain communities, Ms. Balten brings extensive legal experience and a commitment to justice to the bench. Since 2017, she has served as a Partner and lead of the Breckenridge office for CCB, where she specialized in complex domestic and civil litigation matters. In addition to her litigation practice, she has served as a mediator and arbitrator at Divorce Resolutions, LLC, providing invaluable dispute resolution services.
